When damage extends along your sewer main, our crews install a glass-reinforced liner inside the selected run and cure its resin with ultraviolet light. This cured-in-place pipe method rehabilitates a suitable segment of your municipal, commercial or institutional sewer. We prepare your sewer and pull the liner through the selected run.

Our combination truck provides cleaning and vacuum recovery to prepare suitable sewer runs for inspection and lining.

Our crews clean and televise your pipe before installation. We address suitable obstructions that would interfere with the liner, including robotic preparation where the condition requires it.

We pull the liner through your sewer and expand it against the existing pipe with compressed air. A camera on the light train checks the expanded liner before curing. The selected segment, access points, sewer flow and connected laterals determine the installation setup.

We monitor the UV cure inside your liner.

Our crew moves the ultraviolet lights through the expanded liner under controlled conditions to cure the resin. Glass reinforcement and the cured resin form the installed repair within your existing main.

We provide the cure records and installation documentation with the completed lining project. Final CCTV shows the visible finished liner for your staff or engineer to review against the project requirements.

We reopen the lateral connections covered by your mainline liner.

Lining can cover the openings where your laterals enter the main. Our camera-guided robotic equipment reopens those connections where required. A damaged junction that also needs sealing requires its own connection repair.

Lining follows the route of your existing sewer.

For a suitable run beneath your street, facility access road or campus grounds, internal lining can reduce excavation along the selected segment. Your pipe condition and access still determine whether excavation or other preparation is needed.

A liner does not correct every sag, grade problem or collapse. The pipe dimensions, condition, wastewater characteristics and project design determine suitability. We review those requirements without assuming one liner system fits every application.

What is the difference between UV CIPP and GRP lining?
CIPP means cured-in-place pipe. UV identifies ultraviolet curing, while GRP identifies glass-reinforced plastic. Our described service uses a glass-reinforced liner cured with UV light; these terms describe parts of the same installation method.
Does every damaged run need full-length lining?
No. An isolated defect may suit a point repair, and a damaged lateral junction may need a connection liner. Full-segment lining treats a longer selected run when its condition and project requirements support that approach.
What should we provide for a lining inquiry?
Tell us your organization, project location, approximate sewer size and length, timing and available CCTV findings. Mention known flow, access or industrial wastewater conditions. We can discuss the project while those details are being gathered.
