Jetting and vacuum recovery

We loosen deposits and recover the material from your sewer.

Our jetting hose and nozzle direct water against buildup inside your pipe. The water dislodges suitable deposits and moves them toward an accessible collection point, where vacuum equipment can recover the accumulated material. Our crew selects the cleaning approach for your pipe condition, deposits, flow, and access.

    We review the affected assets, access, deposits, flow, and recovery arrangements with your staff.

  2. We clean the affected run or structure.

    Our crew uses the appropriate jetting and vacuum equipment and identifies remaining obstructions or access limits.

  3. We check the cleaned sewer for remaining deposits.

    We check the cleaned area against the planned work. CCTV or preparation for rehabilitation follows where your project includes it.

We clean your large-diameter sewers and treatment structures.

We provide large-diameter sewer cleaning and remove accumulated material from your lift stations, digesters, and clarifiers.

We plan work at these assets around your facility's access, sewer flow, operating and isolation requirements, and the material to be recovered. Recovery and disposal arrangements are part of the cleaning scope.

We expose your pipe wall for inspection and prepare your sewer for lining.

Deposits can hide damage or prevent a camera from travelling through your sewer. Cleaning removes suitable buildup so our CCTV crew can examine the exposed pipe. Before lining, we clean the affected run and identify remaining material that needs cutting.

If the same location keeps needing cleaning, our IBAK cameras can show visible roots, damaged joints, or protruding connections contributing to the restriction. Cleaning addresses the buildup. Our robotic cutting and repair crews can address suitable obstructions and defects found during inspection.

We provide one-time and scheduled cleaning for your sewers and treatment structures.

You can request cleaning for an affected sewer run or structure, or discuss scheduled cleaning of selected assets. We define the work around the deposits, access, recovery needs, and any inspection or rehabilitation that follows.

For broader system coverage, our annual maintenance program combines cleaning, PACP-coded CCTV, and a findings review. We clean and inspect a planned portion of your collection system each year through that separate program.

Can we request cleaning without an annual maintenance program?
Yes. We provide cleaning for affected sewer runs and structures as a separate service. You can request a one-time job or discuss scheduled cleaning. Our annual maintenance program combines planned cleaning, CCTV inspection, and a findings review.
What material can you remove from our sewer?
We remove suitable grease, grit, sediment, and other accumulated deposits. We also provide root and grease cutting and large-diameter cleaning. Your pipe condition, the material, and access determine the method. Hardened obstructions and protruding connections may require our robotic cutting crew.
Do you clean lift stations, digesters, and clarifiers?
Yes. We remove accumulated material from these assets. We discuss your operating and isolation requirements, access, material characteristics, and recovery and disposal arrangements when defining the work.
Does cleaning include a CCTV inspection?
We can include CCTV when your project needs a view of the cleaned pipe or investigation of a recurring restriction. We define that inspection with your cleaning work. The separate annual maintenance program includes its advertised cleaning, PACP-coded CCTV findings, and findings review.
Will cleaning repair damage in our sewer?
Cleaning removes suitable deposits; it does not structurally repair your pipe or seal a damaged joint. CCTV can show visible damage and remaining obstructions after cleaning. Our repair or robotic cutting crews can address suitable findings through separately defined work.
What should we send with a cleaning inquiry?
