The applicable written proposal, purchase order, procurement documents and agreement govern the services actually ordered, including specifications, payment, change orders, scheduling, acceptance and any warranties. These website terms do not replace or amend those documents. A public agency's applicable procurement requirements and nonwaivable legal rights remain in effect.

Service descriptions, illustrations, photographs, inspection examples, case studies and educational material provide general information. They do not establish the condition of your particular sewer asset, an engineering design, a site-specific repair recommendation or a guarantee that a method is suitable for every pipe or manhole. Actual conditions, dimensions, access, flow, utilities, materials and the agreed project requirements determine the appropriate work.

Service-area maps and ZIP lookups help identify project coverage and a contact. Boundaries, ZIP areas and assignments can overlap or change.
